About
The Office of General Counsel (OGC) at the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is responsible for facilitating the institution's legal and compliance responsibilities. We represent ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ on all legal matters. The University is our client. OGC provides legal advice, assistance, and representation to the Board of Governors, university leadership, and anyone else acting on behalf of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½.
Additionally, OGC is tasked with maintaining ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½â€™s policies. The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Policy Library is a searchable database that houses most of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½â€™s policies.
Our team includes Julie Schlueter, Administrative Assistant; Holly Weiss, Assistant General Counsel and Policy Director; Darrion Walker, Associate General Counsel and Director of Contracts; Tanner Garner, Assistant General Counsel; and Lindsay Chapman, General Counsel. We also oversee the Offices of Environmental Health and Safety and Accessibility Services.
