ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Announces Temporary Closure of Pertle Springs Lake for Critical Maintenance

The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Facilities, Planning and Operations department announces the temporary closure of Pertle Springs Lake starting Monday, Dec. 16. This closure is necessary to complete essential maintenance on the dam outflow, which requires immediate replacement to ensure the long-term stability of the lake and surrounding areas.

Managed Archery Deer Hunt Planned at Pertle Springs This Winter

The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ will host a managed archery deer hunt this winter, serving a dual purpose of local deer population control and providing data collection in support of research by ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ biology professor Anna Oller, Ph.D., and graduate student Cameron Priester. The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ hunts will take place Dec. 5-11, 2022, in the lower Pertle Springs area (not including the golf course) and Jan. 2-6, 2023, in lower and upper Pertle Springs (including the golf course). The Mules National golf course will be closed Jan. 2-6 but Traditions restaurant will remain open normal hours.

Mules National Golf Club Grand Opening Celebrates Milestone at ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½

After an extensive one-year, multi-million dollar renovation project, the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ is celebrating a new chapter in the history of Keth Memorial Golf Course through the grand opening of Mules National Golf Club Friday, May 27, at 5 Par Drive in Warrensburg. The celebration gives people an opportunity to see the professional quality golf facilities, along with Traditions Restaurant and the Audrey J. Walton Clubhouse at Pertle Springs, which are part of Mules National.
