Presidential Inauguration
The ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ community celebrated the Inauguration of Dr. Roger J. Best with events this April and May. The events celebrated the 16th president and the rich history of the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ as we near our 150th anniversary, marking the theme "Milestones."
Inauguration Events:
- Inauguration Ceremony: Thursday, April 18, 2019, at 1 p.m. in the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Multipurpose Building
- Reception: Thursday, April 18, 2019, immediately following inauguration ceremony in the Elliott Student Union ballroom
- First Pitch: Mules Baseball vs. Northwest Missouri State, April 19, 2019, at 4 p.m. at Crane Stadium
- Kansas City Area Reception: Thursday, May 2, 2019, from 4-6 p.m. at The Missouri Innovation Campus in Lee's Summit, Mo.
